That's sad :(

So true!! There people in my office who worked there for 10- 20 years! All they get is a dumb certificate (10years) or an crylic paperweight (20yrs), not money or promotion...paper or plastic! Pretty soon i am gonna quit if that's all i have to look forward to:/

How not to be average: Listen to what the media tells you to do, and then do the exact opposite. Of course you're going to be unpopular and people will call you stupid, but you won't be average.
