Was it physically possible for the Canadian government to get angry? They hit a sore spot but angry Canadians doesn't sit with me

I'm friends with plenty of Canadians. It's fun t when they get pissed off!

Two month wait.... and far less adequate..... but yah, it's free.

Far less adequate? It's a two month wait when you can wait. I was diagnosed with a potentially cancerous tumour in my uterus and I had surgery in less than two weeks because it was serious. A friend of mine waited 3 months for a biopsy on a lump that was low risk. It's a priority system and significantly more adequate. The doctors here aren't treating you like a paycheque, you're treated like a patient.

Well then keep it up there. I had a friend that had a bike accident and possible head injury and after 4 hours not one doctor looked at her (I live in America btw)

But then everyone will hate you more than they do already

They'll only hate us until the next natural disaster occurs or when some asshole starts trying to take things over. Then we're everyone's darlings.
