I thought Jewish people can't eat McDonald because the cow isn't handled properly/humanely (not kosher?)

It's not real McDonalds its fake, cows are kosher, but only if butchered according to our laws, and as well as that, we can;t mix meat and milk, so no cheesebrugers

When I was in Dubai, they had Halal McDonald's and stuff, so why would they have no Kosher McDonald's?
