Oh my, with a 12:1 gear ratio when the minute hand hits top dead center the hour hand would be at 0,30,60,90,120,150, 180,210,240,270,300, or330 degrees. 120 degrees would be4:00. This hour hand appears to be at 135degrees (or 4:30)
