EITHER WAY... This is a photoshopped image because the rotation of the shadow does not match the rotation of the hand, and also the knuckles are wrong and the thumb muscle.

Also, fire is one of the non-matter substances in the world. It has no mass and no shape. Therefore, it cannot have a shadow.

Maybe it's a natrium gas lamp. It would only get reflected by natrium gas or solid objects. Because the flame cannot reflect the natrium light rays you won't see a shadow of the flame.
