I always wondered why 90s is the only decade everyone keeps talking about....
On another note, what do kids born after 2000 call themselves? Millenials?
Right but I'm talking more colloquially here... We have the 70s kids, the 80s kids, the 90s kids.. But no equivalent term for those born after 2000 (that I know of)
I think every generation will talk a lot about their generation. Its just us 90s kids at the moment because we hit that age where you think: Damn, I have to grow the fuck up. Why can't I be a kid? That was so awesome! Man, that was in the 90s.
When those 2000s kids hit that age they will talk about their childhood a lot more as well I think.
Well I'm a 90s kid I believe we are more present online compared to 80s and beyond who have maybe other interests when online and compared to millenials, who are present, but not very nostalgic yet
Maybe 80s kids have already hit that age there being nostalgic ends with a ton of ice cream and a lot of ugly crying so they try to avoid that as much as possible
Welll I was going more for they might already have families and are busier ..but sure ok lol. I was born in the late 80s but consider myself 90's kid because is what I remember
Aren't technicalities fun? But what gets, (and annoys), me, are all the kids who were born 2000 or later, and claim, that because the trends of the 90's didn't end until 2005, (and they didn't), they are a 90's kid. Like no, not by any definition do you fit that, not even technically.
