True, but the original commenter seems like one of those idiots who refuse medical and scientific progress, because they are too ignorant to realize that science CAN coexist with religion. The person above is an example of an ignorant fool who condemns any progress as heresy, and they wrongly believe the science is the enemy of religion. Little do people like him understand, that they are fighting against a fabricated enemy. They are merely hindering the human race, while making their beliefs look stupid. Thus, they bring no positive effects to any group, religious or scientific.
