Well, ALL of the money probably wouldn't have gone to the hungry (charities and whatnot can be stupid like that) so this way he makes sure the people get food. I don't know, just a though.

Unless he is physically delivering that food it amounts to the same thing though. He still has to donate that food to some charity that will distribute it. He could just as easily bought X amount of food and had it shipped to Missouri and then still made millions. Or bought even more farmland and hired several people to farm it for him and then still made millions extra playing football.
