Water crisis in brazil

This is actually normal phenomenon. Different times of the year have different amount of rain fall.

Even though this is pretty bad, its cool to be able to see the bottom of the lake and maybe any treasures? :)

It is a seasonal lake or river. I think their water problem got solved about a week ago after a heavy storm
