I would call it relative because it is a thought that us black people do joke about. "Where is the black emoji? "It's something we would joke about and still use because truthfully it's not something we have an issue with. Besides this is how most comedians come up with their material because it always earn laughs. Nothing hidden in the background, just funny.

There's a couple of black people now, there's a dancing black guy with an afro and the police guy is black now!

I always wonder why it's always "why don't they have a black character?" But I don't really see anyone asking about other races...
