No. Black absorbs all light particals and reflects none of them, therefore making it hotter from all the absorbed light/heat. White is cooler because it reflects all light wave particals back in all directions hence white being all colors at once. This scientific knowledge therefore verifies the picture above. Why are white people not considered colored if the color white is just a reflection of all color/light particles?
