Stick and finds have a bad rep. They only work if the item is within 50 or 75 feet of the phone.

It drains the tea bag. It squeezes it through that spot and drains the liquid out of it.

Well, it's on a tabletop, so it's probably to incinerate the crumbs from the teatime snack, or to roast a marshmallow for the snack.
