For anyone wondering, 60 feet a second is equivalent to 360 feet per minute, or 21,600 feet in an hour, That would mean Steve is going about 4.91 per hour. He might as well have just walked.

Sorry, your math is a little off. 60 feet per second is 3,600 feet per minute, and 216,000 feet per hour. If we divide that by 5,280 feet, we get about 40.91, meaning he is traveling at almost a mile over the speed limit.
