They're part of the vitreous humor, the fluid that's in your eyeball, not white blood cells.

And you see it when you have trouble focusing like when you are looking into a bright light or when you are really tired. Besides when you are looking through a microscoop white blood cells are still pretty damn tiny.

they arent white blood cells, eye floaties are the liquid that keeps your eye moist. I forgot whats it called.
