He's also in Friends. If I remember correctly, he sits next to Rachel on the way to France to Ross's wedding. He basically tells her that flying to France to break up Ross and Elizabeth is a crappy move. He's quite funny in doing it, too.

He's in 101 Dalmatians too, he's the voice of one of the bad guys. Mr. Weasley is the other bad guys voice.
