Electronic Arts. A game company notorious for selling half a game and then offering the rest as downloadable content for extra money, instead of selling a full game and then coming up with cool optional add-ons as downloadable content for extra money.
The Sims stopped being player-friendly after the 2nd installment. The Sims 3 required real life money if you needed to advance/ look cool. I downloaded the Free Play Sims game on my phone, and 80% of the game required the buying of credits. Not saying that there are not a lot people who might do that, but I'm not particularly fond of it.
Back in my day, we bought complete games from the store. None of this DLC crap! If we wanted extra ammo or a new level, we added a cheat code. And we like it!
