You can't please everybody so you might as well just please yourself and who cares if you stand out or if you're different or someone doesn't like you or your personality. Life goes on and it's a short ride so make the best of the rest of it!

Yes. People are too busy kissing ass that they forget to care about themselves and tbh I don't think anybody's happiness should come before yours, unless you have a really strong bond with them

Do you sit around with anyone and secretly make fun of anyone specific? If so your friends probably do this when you're not around... Otherwise, this isn't happening
