This is the actual verse (had to check in the Bible) but it is taken out of context. The woman does eventually get punished. Yup. Oh and you know the saying that is similar to "Learn from your mistakes"? Well the woman made a big mistake and God makes it so that no women will copy her or learn from her.

Ezekiel is part of the Apocrypha. Most Bibles don't use it. The Catholic Bibles use it though.
