I think this is the 2003 one, not the brotherhood one, if I'm not mistaken. But I can't really remember.

I only saw this scene dubbed, so I can't confirm the dialogue, but I think it's from Brotherhood.

Oohkay just rewatched both of them. This scene was from Brotherhood. In the 2003 one, Hawkeye says "Yes it is" after Mustang says "it's gonna rain today".
