Who the hell thinks it means tears as in tangles!? It's tears as in more gentle so if a little gets in your eyes it's not going to sting as much

SOLVED: Ok, based on the actual commercial, it is clearly no Tears in eyes... it clearly shows on the screen "TEAR FREE FOR EYES" and says "TEAR FREE" in the AD: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lrp0NqKvoYA
