It's just the case, laid on the table to make it look like the phone was charging, so the brother could bring his phone into his room :)

No cembers. He put the charger in the case so it looks like the phone is still charging in the case but he took the phone

I know he's pretending to charge the phone except it's actually the case, but is the case and the charger in the parents room?

I don't think that's the important thing. It's probably in the dining room or kitchen counter. The important thing is this kid cleverly deceived his parents and his genius should be appreciated. APPRECIATE IT!!!!
