He tried to stop it, that arm looks pretty new don't it? Magneto probably ripped the arm off after he failed to save Kennedy. You really thing that a guy with a soviet star on his shoulder would make it through the crowd durring that time IN TEXAS? The arm he has now replaced his old one.

I want to see this fight, I feel like it would be a good fight. The only winter soldier fight I've read is the one in Fear Itself, and that's a sad fight.
