Uh....if longhand and studying is better, how come the quantification for factual/conceptual says otherwise?

I always do worse when I study for some reason, I would guess it's because since you study it gives more stress which makes you doubt you answer which ultimately makes you up down the wrong answer. It might be something else but I'm not sure.

I always use outline, it's very efficient and really highlights the key points.
