That's like me with my dog when I was a baby. In every single photo I have of me as a kid there is at least a nose, tail or paw in there sinewhere. Apparently he would sit next to whoever was holding me and wait for them to put me down safely. Apparently he even growled at a few people he didn't trust with holding me.
