I don't understand how people mix this up.
Isn't "your" and "you're" pronounced differently? Or is that just me?
I pronounce "your" like "yore", and "you're" like "yurr".

I think it's an accent thing. I've found that a lot of Americans seem to pronounce it that way, but British/Australian/New Zealand/whatever people tend to pronounce the two the same :)
Because of stupid people like this, I often try to think of the third way to spell "its" and sit there for like 20 minutes until I realize that there is not third "it's"
