Now a days employers will look up your Facebook or your Twitter or any social media you have to see who they are really hiring. Be careful what you put on those sites
The store I work at have strict policies on what their employees can and cannot post on social media. Thankfully I don't work for them, I work for a sub-contractor.
People have to put their information on job applications, panicatthedisco.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think you can look up facebook accounts or twitters with an email adress, or maybe even a telephone number.
I understand that much, I've filled out an application before... I think my question wasn't really worded very well? If the email thing works then that solves it, but she didn't specify the place she was going to be working for and her full name is not given so it made me wonder how she was actually found.
If the hirer looked up her adress, and that came up, it's not necessary for the account to have the full name?
And the hirer must know if she was actually gonna start the next day. I doubt she was gonna start three jobs or whatever
I never said she couldn't express whatever she wanted, she has every right to express herself, but she also has to face the consequences of her actions.
@deadpool007 yeah i know, i just think its BS that her boss looked up her twitter page for that, its almost like he wanted a reason to fire her. but thats just me i guess. I do tend to have unpopular opinions, and for that i apologize.

@guest Do you say that because of my name or because of what i said? Just asking.
I don't think he looked up her page looking for a reason to fire her. If I was an employer, I too would check the social networks of possible employees in order to ensure that they really are the people they portrayed in the interview.

lolcats, you are a dipshit. How much more obvious can it be that employers are looking for good, committed workers, not "fuck ass" employees.
I said i was sorry, what more do you want? I say one thing wrong and everyone hates me. Don't we all make mistakes? I can't go back in time and change it. I guess i could edit it but what would be the point? Everyone has seen it already.
