But that's only 45 degrees Fahrenheit. And 7 degrees Fahrenheit if even worse. Am I stupid or is the artist very confused?

No, it's a joke. When it's been VERY cold for a little while (Like, maybe below zero and stuff like that), then 7 degrees kinda feels like Heaven
