Hers would probably be slightly less because its a 1 bedroom where as the guys have a 2, but still this has bugged me quite a bit

Sheldon has a lot of extra money, maybe he's just happy where he is and feels no need to spend extra on something that's too much?

Yeah there's a whole episode where Sheldon admits to hoarding money. So he may be spending way less on the apartment than we think
