This guy's segment on this episode of True Life was so funny. He's apparently "instagram famous" and was always asked by random girls to take pictures with him whenever he went out. He argued with his parents because he was failing some classes because of his selfie addiction or whatever. And that girl he's talking about apparently only wanted to date him for his looks/followers on IG.
