If you wonder how they do it

The pear is not peeled but the i think the drink thats in it...does something to the colour:-)

The drink kind-of...weakens the peel, and makes it all soft and stuff. Or, they could just put a pressure hose in through the hole to wash/peel the pear before filling it. IDK.

I don't think is peeled I believe is discolored from the alcohol.

Also pears do get less green as they ripen. So its ripened and discolored from alchohol
