Maybe little bit out of topic, but sorry I have to - I think it´s better to be a villain than be a hero, because have you seen Schindler´s list? He was really big hero, but in the end *SPOILER!* he was really sad that he didn´t save more and was feeling really down. But you never see a villain sad that he killed too few people. Villains are way happier than heroes. (Especially in this case)

He has the most awesome cookbooks! They go into the scientific explanation of why things are cooked the way they are and other cool stuff so now when I cook it's like "stand back I'm doing science!"
