The wrong time on the phone

Oh Nana....

My nana has an iPhone and she doesn't know how to turn it on half the times. She called me one day how was she supposed to send a 'text Mail' when there was no send button. I told her that after she started typing the send button would appear but she gave up and got a flip phone.
