I agree. Just because you are nice doesn't mean you should expect the same.

Being polite is one thing, being a gentleman is quite another. Being a gentleman means always having impeccable manners and constantly being polite. But if you are polite, the favour should be returned. A gentleman would not expect anything back, however.
