Not exactly proportional but is that why pregnant women always have to pee? Because the baby is pushing on the bladder?

So if you speak to an unborn baby and you're talking towards the mother's stomach, you're actually talking to the baby's ass?

As someone who has had a baby, that picture is WAY too big for her stomach size. The baby would be half that size. And not turned down yet. They don't go head down until right before they are born.
