I agree with you guys, and by the way, if you do a little search about hair donation, you would know that this is how you must tie your hair before cutting them to give them and even if this was his hairstyle, it's just the society that make you think that some hairstyles, colours, etc belongs to a gender, this is not true

It is NOT HIS FAULT. It is the fault of the other children for bullying him. And even if it was, remember that people do this to help/support others who feel insecure about losing their hair after chemotherapy and the like. He's actively allowing himself to be bullied to help prevent it from happening to others
