I wouldnt risk it. As soon as you dont have a license they would most likely ask you to step out of the car. And to say you stole and murdered a car and person is just plain dumb and wishing for an arrest

Whoever made the comic didn't write a line for the commissioner to say that the owners body was in the trunk which in turn gave away who was lying

Like a boss!
But then you get discovered and go to jail
