Sadly I think he's passed away...King penguins live up to be 30, and this was filmed in in 1996 when he was 14. :'(

this is a King Penguin. a comfortable temperature for them is about 32 F or 0 C. 40 or 50 F (7-9 C) is a little warm for them. I don't know much about the weather in Japan, but is it cold enough?
