I had to get new bulbs for my tail lights and they cost $5 so this guy has no excuse. Headlights cost a ton but tail lights are super cheap

Bulbs for my car are 20.00 for pair it really depends on the car and type of headlights

Headlights are designed to be really bright so they cost a lot more than tail lights, which don't have to be even close to as bright. Point is, even if they were $20, he can afford them

Yes and most tickets drop to like 5 dollars if you show its been fixed
