I am 2000% sure the entire plotline for the bad guy and his evil plan was made just so that they could make this scene

When watching this film it was like 3 writers got together, one saying "I want to make a spy film!", the next saying "I want to make a comedy!" And then the third saying "I want to make a film where people beat the absolute shite out of people", the three then decided to work together and it turned out brilliantly (there was also a guy who said "I want the last scene to be of an arse" but yeah)
