OMG I LOVED IT

Alright so I didn't read the book but like the ending?!?! In a way I wanted more but it wasn't what I expected which I love!!

I know this is cliche but I'd recommend reading the book. In all honesty IMHO I don't think John Green is a great writer but his books have good stories. The ending of this book was much deeper to me. I think they portrayed it in the movie as "discover who you are by enjoying the life you're living NOW instead of chasing after a fantasy" a good message that has a more hollywood ending. I won't ruin the real ending in case you plan to read it, but in the book the ending stressed more of the concept that we chase after things and/or people that thinking it will bring us happiness which can keep us from actually enjoying and living our lives especially considering we often go after things that are really just an illusion.
