Okay, you're right... A LOT of things about science are cool. But the memorizing the Periodic Table.. stuff like that is NOT cool. I hated learning about rocks and minerals and magnets.

That's not science. That's memorization of facts. Applying those facts and doing something awesome with the result is science. Just memorizing is not
