Let's do an experiment. Open up two tabs, both of google translate. In one, type 'cat head eagle' and get it to translate to Chinese. Copy that Chinese text. Now go to tab 2. Paste that sucker and translate that to English. Magic!

Fun fact: in chinese owls are called "cat headed eagles"
