No. It's not less attractive. Just annoying

ughhh at beach one day chillin and some girls kinda hung out around me (they were like 19-20) and we stated chatting and whole time one kept whining about how she was so fat and guys didn't like fat girls and she was skinny af and it drove me nuts because bitching to an actually fat girl about fat is absurd, and seriously thinking guys care about a couple pounds is bananas, some might care if you chunky as me, but if you skinny af and maybe 2 lbs over what you think you're supposed to be... boys don't notice, esp not horned up 20-somethings who will hit anything. if i could just impart any wisdom at all to anyone worrying about weight, in the end your confidence in your self has so much influence in how people see you, just loving yourself no matter what you're struggling with will make others like you more, and it actually makes meeting life's challenges easier, whether its exercise or financial struggles or depression or really anything.

According to her, she's fat. She feels fat. Is she doing this for attention? Or is it really bugging her? We don't know. Chill.
