Reminds me of when Into The Woods came out in theaters and the news outlets were like " omg the theaters brought in more than 4 times the revenue of the Broadway play whaaaaat ?? "
And then people were like " because spending hundred to fly to an overcrowded state to see a very expensive show is more sensible and obvious go do than drive to a theater near you and pay $13 right ? "
When I went to see Wicked, there was a stand that had some Snickers flavored drink. It was some sort of coffee (I'm not too good with the names, but I think it was a cappuccino?) with foam and a covered lid. I didn't know there was foam, and I tipped the coffee all the way back when I couldn't get any thing into my mouth. I burned my mouth and couldn't taste anything for a while.
Wicked was really amazing. I've only seen Wicked, though I really want to see more. Does Stomp count as a musical? I've seen that twice (it's my favorite between that and Wicked).
