This is like the 900th time I see this and I'm going to comment the same answer. All questions need to be asked, the court cannot assume anything if the witness is perfectly capable to answer.

It has been reposted so many times. Downvoted because of it. To the person who posted this: whenever you feel like posting something you found on the web on FS, please google it quickly before posting. If you find it in 12652 copies on 4097 different websites, assume it's been seen by everyone here. Better yet: be original and create your own content or at least, spin it your way. That lawyer joke?
