9th grade we were reading this and guys started splitting up into gangs-montagues and capulets. The montagues called themselves "MontaG's" and called the caps "CapuFAGS" and people actually ended up fighting and getting suspended over this shit and the principle had to come on over the intercom and tell the entire school that if anyone was caught yelling that stuff or throwing up gang signs(they forreal made up gang hand signs) that they would be treated as an actual gang member and be expelled. What the fuck hahahahahahahah

When we read that play, we all ended up calling Romeo Ro-Emo. Our AP english teacher thought it was funny af.
