I feel like run should be where walk is. So if you lose balance you can grip the handrail, and you have only one side to bump into.

text should be in the middle, walk is often disabled so they need a handrail, and running up stairs is expedited by pulling on handrail, so rails on both sides for them, and texters in the middle
