to the first two comments. usually theres a lift button that helps rise up tue car height. also this looks more like a track car than a road car

This is a prototype. There is no button and it doesn't even actually run on a flat track.Eventually you would have to turn left or right. This car can't. This is Bugatti's version of what they could sell if the world was flat.
