Bus driver refuses to let passengers pay because he was late for 4 minutes, only in Canada

Is it just me or did anyone else think op meant that the bus driver was being a dick because the guy was late for the bus instead of the driver being a nice guy for being late ?

Only 4 minutes late!? Our normal in perth, australia is about 15 minutes late or 5 minutes early for public buses.

Yeah, I live in Canada, and the public buses are always 10-15 minutes late, and they act like your the reason that they're late...

And in England they fucking charge you for a bus ride, only to decide to change its alighting point for no fucking reason

Really where is this? Sometimes the bus is like, five or ten minute late. Still have to pay. Bit then again that's Vancouver for you
