We both can cook, actually. MBGoveia just made a lasagna today. Unfortunately, I'm too sick to enjoy it, but at least there's leftovers!

Well I hope you feel better soon. Lasagna sounds good now but too much effort and time.

I used to think so, too. Now it seems to take as much time as anything else.

I have this amazing recipe from bon appétit but it takes several hours to make the bolgnese sauce and then you have to let it sit in the fridge overnight and then take another few hours to make the actual lasagna. It was REALLY good but I'm not feeling my best lately so my cooking has been lazy.

Yeah, we're both exhausted, too. Maybe when I'm done with this stupid EMT course in 4 weeks, I'll be able to take the time to do stuff like that again.

I'm hoping I can start doing stuff like that again once I get better. (I'm waiting for a kidney transplant so life is just me trying to keep things as simple and low key as possible now.)
